Laboratory Oven

Purpose : Ideal for numerous laboratory usages.
Structure : The dual walled fabrication with tempered steel of 304 grade in outer body while Prime SS of 316 grade is used in inner body.
Door. It is introduced on our laboratory oven is dual walled and metallic. The protected door is further equipped with normal equipment set and is available with a facility for modifiable perforated or mesh trays.
Protection : The gap between in outer and internal wall is sealed with thermal protection material.
Heating: Outlined for low wattage thickness, the heating components are in coil state. These are reinforced with long lasting or refractory tempered steel tubular heater.
Air flow : For effective air flow, a mechanical blower is introduced, which handles consistent temperature inside the chamber. It blows air from the base and does not compute air.
Temperature Regulation : Microprocessor based indicator or regulator is provided alongside pT 100 sensor.
Temperature Range : 50 to 200 degrees Celsius
